DenKar Controls Inc. (1995) is an Authorized Installing Contractor (AIC) for KMC Controls, a distributor of Yaskawa variable frequency drives (VFDs) and a dealer of Steffes thermal storage heating system (off-peak heating). Our technical trades install, troubleshoot and repair all types of pneumatic, electronic, digital controls and VFDs. Over the years, our company has acquired extensive knowledge in building automation systems, monitoring indoor air quality and installing heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems and controls. We offer custom design control packages which include creating programs and graphics and building control panels to suit the specifications of our customers. In addition, we provide on-site training on the operation and proper usage of the building automation system and mechanical equipment it controls. DenKar also offers operation contracts with trained building operators and technical support.
Semi-annually, our customers are advised of upcoming equipment service required to ensure optimal performance.
In addition, our consulting services include building energy management solutions, sequencing of operations for control specifications and forecasting budgets and equipment life span.
As a value-added service, all DenKar Control customers (plant managers/building operators/building owners) have access to our technical support.
